Assembly

Assembly Records is a newly started independent record label. It empowers and supports individuality, dynamism and high talent artists. Assembly brings together different individuals and sounds to create a harmonious overlap.

I wanted to reflect this idea of harmonious overlap in the logo by creating a dynamic and timeless form that brings together two contrasting shapes. The logo also references a vinyl disc being pulled out from its case,
the lines showing dynamism and a subtle reference to sound waves.

Overall, the client wanted the branding to feel warm and inviting, while also creating a simple form that will outstand the test of time. To show the breadth of the brand, I also explored social content, patterns, merch, and an example of what the website look & feel could be.
